1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a PropHaus account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Accounts

Property managers and vendors must provide accurate registration details, including any licence numbers required by law. Accounts are verified by PropHaus before they can be used, and may be suspended if information proves inaccurate.

3. Jobs and payments

Property managers dispatch work orders to vendors through the platform. PropHaus charges a flat per-job fee to the vendor on completion. PropHaus is not a party to the underlying work agreement between manager and vendor.

4. Warranties

Warranty periods on completed work are set by the property manager at approval time. PropHaus records and surfaces these periods but does not itself warrant any work performed by a vendor.

5. Limitation of liability

PropHaus provides the platform "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropHaus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from work performed by vendors found through the platform.
