Service providers that make the platform work — our SMS gateway, email provider, file storage, and payment processor. We do not sell personal information.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention

Job records, photos, and warranty history are retained for as long as your account is active, as they form the audit trail the platform exists to provide.
