Subscriptions

Property manager subscriptions begin with a free trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After that, subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Per-job vendor fees

The flat fee charged to a vendor on job completion is refundable where the job is later found to have been dispatched in error or was never performed. Raise these through support within 30 days of the charge.

How to request a refund

Email billing@prophaus.app with the job number and the reason. We aim to respond within five business days.
